Returns & Exchanges Policy
Due to the nature of our business in selling second-hand goods, each item is individually priced and subject to market fluctuations. The costs associated with sourcing, authenticating, insuring, and servicing our watches significantly outweigh any potential decrease in value. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds.
Exchanges
We do, however, offer an exchange policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange the item for another product of similar value within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Exchange
- To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or valid proof of purchase must be provided.
- You must contact us prior to returning the item to request approval.

- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Custom-made or personalised items
- Gift cards
- Sale or discounted items
